In 2002 she founded NZ Consulting, a management-consulting firm that has successfully advised corporations such as Apple, Yahoo, Palm, Seagate, Network Appliance, Brocade, Altera, BEA and Safeway on how to improve corporate goals and technology solutions. Natalie is the author of “Climbing the Ladder of Business Intelligence”, which outlines how business can attain high performance through alignment of people, process, and technology. A graduate of Technion Engineering University in Israel, she now loves and lives in San Francisco, CA., where she is an advisor to several nonprofit organizations. Andrew founded and ran VivoMetrics®, Inc. where he led a team of physiologists, engineers and fashion designers to develop the world's first mobile physiology monitor embedded in a shirt. He was responsible for product development, clinical trials, a data center, FDA submissions, developing physiology algorithms and filing 26 patents (2 of which name him as inventor) during his 8 years with the company. Andrew is also a clean-tech consultant with experience in jatropha/algae based biofuel, photovoltaic system design and fuel cell systems. He has led a team of software engineers and graphic artists in the development of enterprise-scale multimedia transactional kiosk networks for the governments of Singapore and Australia. He has designed and built innovative media installations for IBM, AT&T, MGM Grand, and the Getty Museum and has directed and edited three documentary feature films, one of which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Andrew earned his bachelor's degree from NYU, and for the past 30 years has been practicing Tai-chi, yoga and meditation. With 15 years of domestic and international business development experience with top semiconductor equipment manufacturers, Dean has developed a deep appreciation for the challenges facing corporations in the global economy as they strive to achieve sustainable excellence for shareholders, employees, the environment, and the community at large. As a founder, president, sales and biz dev executive with multiple Internet infrastructure & services startups, including Certainty Solutions, Clear Communications, Contego, Wine Globe and Unicycle Records, Dean’s hands on knowledge of the highly charged nature of startup culture informs entrepreneurs as they build business plans and practices which will position the enterprise on the right path to reaping the benefits of sustainable, socially responsible, conscious business practices. Dean participates in a range of nonprofits and causes including Sustainable San Mateo County, Environmental Entrepreneurs, Loma Prieta chapter of the Sierra Club & Room to Read. He volunteers for San Mateo & El Dorado County voter registration drives and is an active fundraiser for political and community initiatives. As an enthusiastic live-long learner, Dean is currently enrolling in the Presidio Sustainability Management MBA program. He also holds a BS degree in Physics from SUNY @ Stony Brook NY. In his spare time, his wife and he maintain an organic vineyard in the Sierra Foothills. Paul has an extensive network of C–level contacts that include high technology manufacturers, software designers, mobile telecommunications, service and network providers, Fortune 50 corporations, and leading–edge technology startups. Paul is a tenacious sales team motivator who encourages a collaborative approach. He is a straight talker who believes that complex enterprise solutions require participation from multiple people who will share the overall success. He is a master at understanding the company lifecycle and identifying the steps needed at different stages to advance the organization to the next level. In her most recent experience as Senior Project Manager in a Consulting firm, she led Sarbanes–Oxley Section 404 implementation projects and internal audits. Christine began her career as a Financial Analyst and Internal Auditor at Procter & Gamble in Venezuela. Christine earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS, Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello (Venezuela). She also has a certification on Corporate Social Responsibility from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey and The World Bank. Christine is part of the Conscious Business Center's founder team leading the methodology team. Joseph brings extensive operational and multi–million dollar P&L development and management experience. His skills and past responsibilities included: Development an management of global Warranty Services and Parts Logistics, Service Marketing, Call Center Operations, Education and Training, IT, Documentation Services, Sales Operations, Outsourcing, Contracts and Agreements, Process Engineering, Financials, and Vendor Management. Joseph has extensive expertise in managing daily Call Center and Field Services operations in mission–critical 24X7 global environments He has managed Support and Services operations and large staff in multiple global regions – North America, EMEA and APR (India, Australia, Israel, UK, Germany, Switzerland, USA) Mark's expertise includes information technology assessments, strategy, and planning; information security; and mergers & acquisitions. He held senior level positions with companies in variety of industries including Sun Microsystems, Price Waterhouse, Atlantic Richfield Corp., Martin Marietta Data Systems, Walden International Investment Group, and Wells Fargo Bank. Mark is a board member of Sigue Corporation, Availgent, Inc, and the CIO Scholarship Foundation and serves on the advisory boards for Code Green Networks, TriCipher, Inc, Golden Gate University, and San Francisco State University. He is a member of the American Management Association's Information Systems and Technology Council and also co–chair of TechNet's Cyber Security Practices Adoption Campaign. Mark is author of "Executive Guide to Information Security: Threats, Challenges, and Solutions" from Addison Wesley and was a contributing author to "CIO Wisdom" and "CIO Perspectives". He is also a frequent speaker on best practices for information technology and security. Mark holds a master's degree in finance and international business from the University of San Diego and a bachelor's degree in computer sciences from the University of Clarion. Ms. Anderson has held a variety of executive management roles with various Silicon Valley companies in software, high–technology, venture funds, and professional services. Prior to OAC Services, Ms. Anderson was a co–owner and senior managing partner of The StrataFusion Group, Inc., a Silicon Valley executive management consulting firm specializing in interim executive staffing, executive coaching, program management, operational and strategic assessments. Cheryl has several business and technology accreditations, a member of numerous advisory councils, is a frequent guest speaker, and conducts business training. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (IFC), SVWB – Silicon Valley Women in Business, PCMA – Personal Coaching and Mentors Association, NAFE – National Association of Female Executives, and APICS – American Production Inventory Control Society.
