Andrew Behar has spent 30 years infusing purpose and mission into teams of experts from a wide range of disciplines while coordinating the development of innovative technology in media, communications, biotech, clean-tech and now conscious transformation. A systems thinker, project leader and inventor, he is uniquely positioned to be the "corpus callosum" of business; bridging the right brain - artistic/intuitive and the left brain - scientific/logical with a spirit that allows for the full blossoming of creativity and consciousness.

Andrew founded and ran VivoMetrics®, Inc. where he led a team of physiologists, engineers and fashion designers to develop the world's first mobile physiology monitor embedded in a shirt. He was responsible for product development, clinical trials, a data center, FDA submissions, developing physiology algorithms and filing 26 patents (2 of which name him as inventor) during his 8 years with the company.

Andrew is also a clean-tech consultant with experience in jatropha/algae based biofuel, photovoltaic system design and fuel cell systems. He has led a team of software engineers and graphic artists in the development of enterprise-scale multimedia transactional kiosk networks for the governments of Singapore and Australia. He has designed and built innovative media installations for IBM, AT&T, MGM Grand, and the Getty Museum and has directed and edited three documentary feature films, one of which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Andrew earned his bachelor's degree from NYU, and for the past 30 years has been practicing Tai-chi, yoga and meditation.


Jay Kumar is the founder of Living Your Light – a consulting organization that advances holistic health, wellness and conscious living. As a holistic health and consciousness consultant, Jay advises individuals, corporate clients and institutions on how to integrate aspects of consciousness and well-being into their personal life or business model. He received his graduate degrees from Columbia University in International and Public Affairs and from UCLA in linguistics. Paul Steinberg has more than 20 years of experience in global business development and sales for high profile technology, Web 2.0, and enterprise solutions companies. He is market savvy and able to leverage research and create financial models to support the corporate strategic plans. Christine Reiners is a business consultant and brings 6 years of expert knowledge in project management, internal audit, financial analysis and strategic marketing to her client engagements. She has worked for a variety of industries internationally including consumer products, pharmaceutical, biotech and gas industry.

In her most recent experience as Senior Project Manager in a Consulting firm, she led Sarbanes–Oxley Section 404 implementation projects and internal audits. Christine began her career as a Financial Analyst and Internal Auditor at Procter & Gamble in Venezuela.

She also has a certification on Corporate Social Responsibility from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey and The World Bank. Joseph Salamon brings over 15 years hands–on global experience in Support and Service operations. He held Senior Management positions with multiple companies including Brocade Communications and NetApp. Joseph's global Support and Service operational management experience ranges from startup's to large public companies. He had sole responsibility for designing and implementing global mission–critical Customer/Technical Support operations and organizations from the ground–up, with primary focus on IT infrastructure technology products.

Joseph brings extensive operational and multi–million dollar P&L development and management experience. His skills and past responsibilities included: Development an management of global Warranty Services and Parts Logistics, Service Marketing, Call Center Operations, Education and Training, IT, Documentation Services, Sales Operations, Outsourcing, Contracts and Agreements, Process Engineering, Financials, and Vendor Management.

Mark Egan is a partner of the StrataFusion Group, Inc. and has over 30 years of experience in information technology. Prior to joining Strata Fusion, Mark was a CIO at Symantec Corporation for 6 years during the company's rapid growth from a consumer software publisher with $600 million revenue to the market leader of security with $5 billion revenue. During his tenure with Symantec, he led the information technology integration through 28 acquisitions, including a $13 Billion acquisition of Veritas Software that formed the world's 4th largest software company.

Mark's expertise includes information technology assessments, strategy, and planning; information security; and mergers & acquisitions. He held senior level positions with companies in variety of industries including Sun Microsystems, Price Waterhouse, Atlantic Richfield Corp., Martin Marietta Data Systems, Walden International Investment Group, and Wells Fargo Bank.

Mark is a board member of Sigue Corporation, Availgent, Inc, and the CIO Scholarship Foundation and serves on the advisory boards for Code Green Networks, TriCipher, Inc, Golden Gate University, and San Francisco State University. He is a member of the American Management Association's Information Systems and Technology Council and also co–chair of TechNet's Cyber Security Practices Adoption Campaign.

Mark is author of "Executive Guide to Information Security: Threats, Challenges, and Solutions" from Addison Wesley and was a contributing author to "CIO Wisdom" and "CIO Perspectives". He is also a frequent speaker on best practices for information technology and security.

Mark holds a master's degree in finance and international business from the University of San Diego and a bachelor's degree in computer sciences from the University of Clarion.


Mike Szelong has over 20 years of experience in the high technology marketplace working for preeminent firms such as Hewlett–Packard, Sun Microsystems and Network Appliance. After graduating with a BS in Math/Computer Science from UCLA, he started his career in sales in served in sales leadership roles, consistently exceeding aggressive sales targets, culminating with over 100 field reports (SE's, SR's, manages and administrators as Northwest Regional Director for Network Appliance. He has received numerous awards for individual performance during his career (Rookie Sales Rep of the Year, Top Technical Sales Rep) as well as management (Sales Manager of the Year). He moved into Sr. Director of Vertical Industry Marketing and spun up vertical industry efforts in the Financial, Bio–Tech, Energy , Telco and Manufacturing sectors. In 2005, while serving in corporate development and strategy role, he co–developed the SMB business plan, conceived the product designs and spun up the small and medium business division within Network Appliance known as StoreVault . He has three patents pending for product design around mechanical packaging


Cheryl Anderson is the co–owner and senior managing partner of OAC Services, Inc., a Silicon Valley Oracle Applications consulting firm.

Ms. Anderson has held a variety of executive management roles with various Silicon Valley companies in software, high–technology, venture funds, and professional services. Prior to OAC Services, Ms. Anderson was a co–owner and senior managing partner of The StrataFusion Group, Inc., a Silicon Valley executive management consulting firm specializing in interim executive staffing, executive coaching, program management, operational and strategic assessments.

Cheryl has several business and technology accreditations, a member of numerous advisory councils, is a frequent guest speaker, and conducts business training. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (IFC), SVWB – Silicon Valley Women in Business, PCMA – Personal Coaching and Mentors Association, NAFE – National Association of Female Executives, and APICS – American Production Inventory Control Society. Miriam Karell draws on ten years of experience designing practical strategies that address profound change in organizations. She is trained in The Natural Step, Integral Theory, Systems Thinking, Strategic Business Management, and Environmental Engineering. Ms. Karell assists companies in setting up green teams, developing sustainability programs (assessments, trainings and strategic planning), and acquiring green certification.

In the past year, Ms. Karell designed sustainable business membership criteria for a $1 Billion green village, developed strategic sustainability plans for two organizations, co-designed a sustainability report with benchmark metrics and tracking mechanisms for a beverage company, and organized and facilitated sustainability workshops and leadership trainings for change champions in Mexico and the United States .

Ms. Karell has presented at West Coast Green (largest residential green building conference in US), ‘Evolutionary Leadership for Sustainability’ conference, New College Sustainable Building Advisory Program, Asian Pacific Islander Business Association, Women of Vision, Presidio Sustainable MBA program, EGADE MBA program, and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) dinner. In the fall of 2008, she will be teaching a course at UC Berkeley on ‘Sustainability Leadership: Strategies and Paradigms’

Eve Simon worked many years in senior management positions in telecommunications and as a consultant in marketing & advertising agencies in health care, fashion and hospitality industries. In addition to a strong education in economics and marketing (including an MBA from Switzerland), she is certified in various types of bodywork, interior design and Feng Shui. Her results are based on being an imaginative and creative person who synthesizes many insights into new visions. She guides her clients into manifesting their path towards powerful goals. Throughout her career Eve has been a catalyst of change providing advice and guidance to corporate wide and to specific business departments.
